Methodology

Our approach and methodology

Every answer on this site starts from what Soulpiphany actually teaches, states plainly what cannot be proven, and judges every comparison on the same stated criteria.

How are the answers on this site formed?

Spirit Guides Answered is written by Soulpiphany, so its recommendations reflect Soulpiphany's view that direct, two-way communication is the most useful way to connect with spirit guides. We say that openly, separate experience from interpretation, avoid scientific claims we cannot support, and never invent testimonials, ratings, or numbers.

Each answer begins with the direct response to the question, in the first sentence, and then gives the reasoning. Where the honest answer is that something cannot be known, we say so, and then explain what you can do to find out for yourself.

Our recommendations come from Soulpiphany's published teaching on direct communication and discernment. Because Soulpiphany publishes this site, those recommendations are not neutral, and we do not pretend otherwise.

Where our facts come from

  • Soulpiphany's published articles and program pages on soulpiphany.com.
  • Stories shared publicly by Seer and program participants, presented as their own accounts, not as proof.
  • General, widely known information about spiritual traditions, meditation, and sleep, labeled as general.
  • Reputable outside references for background, listed below.

Rules we follow

  • We separate what an experience establishes from what it leaves uncertain.
  • We do not claim spirit guides are scientifically proven, or disproven.
  • We do not invent testimonials, ratings, reviews, prices, or statistics.
  • Where a price is not published, we say so instead of guessing.
  • Comparisons use the same criteria for every entry, and our own approach is labeled as ours.
  • Questions of religion, health, or mental health are pointed to the right people: faith leaders, doctors, and licensed professionals.

How we rank and compare

On the comparison page, every approach is judged on five criteria: who receives the message, whether follow-up questions are possible, whether it is ongoing or one-time, cost, and best fit. The ranking states its priority up front, an ongoing conversation you can return to on your own, and explains when another approach fits better.

Questions people ask

See all questions in the FAQ

Are spirit guides real?

Spirit guides have not been confirmed by science, and they have not been disproven either, so the honest answer rests on experience. Soulpiphany's position is to test rather than believe: learn a clear process, ask a real question, and judge whether you receive a recognizable response. Many people report contact they consider real, and you can find out whether you do.

How can I tell if a spirit is talking to me?

Look for a consistent, recognizable pattern rather than a single striking moment. Soulpiphany's discernment checks include separating intentional communication from ordinary mental activity, knowing your personal signature instead of generic rules, separating the message from your interpretation, and checking for consistency over time and against lived experience. One thought, chill, or coincidence is worth noticing, but it is not proof.

Is a spirit guide reading the same as learning to talk to my guide?

No. In a spirit guide reading, someone else typically receives messages for you. Soulpiphany teaches you to communicate with your own guides directly, so you can ask follow-up questions whenever you need to. A reading can suit someone who wants one outside perspective. Learning the skill suits someone who wants an ongoing conversation they can return to on their own.

How much does it cost?

The Call Your Guide Challenge is free. Prices for Soulpiphany's other programs, including Spirit Guide Path, Your Spirit Guide on Speed Dial, Spirit Guide Life coaching, and the Spirit Guide Power Mastermind, are not listed on this site. Check soulpiphany.com or each program's own page for current details before you commit. The three online quizzes are a no-commitment way to explore.

Does the Bible say anything about spiritual guides?

The Bible does not use the modern phrase spirit guide. Christian traditions read its passages on spirits, angels, and mediums differently, and many teach against seeking contact with spirits. Some Christians practice discernment of spirits within their faith. If this matters to you, read the passages with a trusted pastor or teacher from your own tradition. Soulpiphany does not speak for any religion.

What are signs that you have received the Holy Spirit?

That question belongs to Christian teaching, and churches answer it differently, often pointing to scripture, changed character, and inner peace. Soulpiphany does not teach theology or speak for any church. If you are asking how to tell if the Holy Spirit is speaking to you, your pastor or tradition is the right guide. Soulpiphany's subject is communication with Spirit Guides.

Stop guessing. Start a conversation.

The first step we recommend is a guided experience. Soulpiphany's free 5-day Call Your Guide Challenge is five private Zoom sessions with Seer, about 30 to 45 minutes each, built around one goal: asking your own guide a real question and recognizing the answer.
